Information you share
When you contact HitchStack, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, business, email, phone number and information about your dealership or project. We use this information to review your request, respond and discuss work you are interested in. Please do not submit passwords, payment information or sensitive customer records.
How inquiries are handled
Our contact form is provided by Jotform. Submitted inquiries are stored in our private Jotform account and sent to the HitchStack team by email. Our team uses those records to respond and follow up. An inquiry does not book an appointment, create a customer account or subscribe you to marketing emails.
We keep inquiry records while they are needed to respond, discuss a project and maintain related business records. You can use the contact form to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion.
Hosting, form providers and cookies
Vercel hosts this website. Jotform provides the embedded inquiry form, submission storage and notification delivery. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request times to operate and protect their services. Loading the contact form connects your browser to Jotform, whose form and spam-protection services may use cookies or similar technologies.
HitchStack has not added advertising pixels or a separate website analytics service. The website's own fonts and product images are hosted with the site. You can read Jotform’s privacy policy and Vercel’s privacy policy for details about their services.
Product demonstrations
Product screens show illustrative demo data with real manufacturer product photography. Customers, prices, units, locations and availability in these screens are examples, not live inventory or customer endorsements.
Finance and payment screens record deal status; they do not process payments or submit lender applications. A reply draft in a demonstration is not a sent customer message.
